• Memberships are subject to a 3 month minimum subscription period with the first month being free. We have a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ if you change your mind.

  • We ask that you cancel within 12 hours of a class. A late cancellation will not be refunded if you are pay-as-you-go. As a member, you can accrue ‘strikes’ which will lead to your membership being paused. If you need to cancel within 12 hours due to unforseen cirumstances, contact us.

  • Members can pause their membership once per year for up to three months.

  • If you would like to cancel a membership, we require a four week notice period from the date that you request the cancellation. Please email us at hello@e7movement.com to request the cancellation.

  • If a course has started and you would like to join, contact us and if there is availability, we can add you to the course on a pay-as-you-go basis.

  • If a class is full you can choose to join the class waitlist. If someone cancels their booking everyone on the waitlist will be notified of the space and the place will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

  • Our class packs can be used within six weeks of purchase.

  • We suggest booking to guarantee a place in a class, however, if you turn up and there is space, you are more than welcome to join the class, whether you are a member, have a valid class pass, or would like to pay for a single class. We only accept card payments on site.

  • No you don’t. All the equipment required during the classes will be provided.
